1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the HolyGrailSniper software ("Software") and this website, provided by [LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: t.me/algobotsdevelopers.

2. License grant

On full payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the one computer identified by the hardware ID (HWID) you provide. The free public trial key grants a time-limited evaluation license ending on 7 November 2026. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent the licensing of the Software.

3. No investment advice

The Software is a technical tool that executes rules you configure. We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, account management or signals. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, settings, broker selection and risk management.

4. Risk

Trading leveraged products such as CFDs, forex and metals involves a high risk of loss. Backtested or past results do not guarantee future performance. See our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Payment

The full license costs USD 1,499 (one-time), payable in cryptocurrency through our payment processor Cryptomus. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are your responsibility. A license key is issued after payment is confirmed and you have supplied your HWID.

6. Availability and updates

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". We may release updates at our discretion. We do not guarantee compatibility with every broker, terminal build or operating system, nor uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the Software, including losses caused by bugs, connectivity, broker execution, slippage or misconfiguration. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

8. Termination

We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these Terms (e.g. sharing or cracking keys) without refund.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [VENUE].
